The good outweighs the bad (barely)
The hotel is a gem! The beautifully restored building combined with attentive staff made my stay delightful. The luxurious spa treatments were divine, and the location allowed for easy exploration of the charming walled city!
While many aspects were pleasing, the restaurant's dinner service felt more akin to a bustling cafeteria than a refined dining experience. Less cohesion in dinner presentations was disappointing compared to the enchanting breakfasts!

The poolside charm is unbeatable
Waking up to the sound of soothing music from the courtyard was delightful. The charming ambiance and kind staff made our stay relaxing and enjoyable.
However, our first room had issues with noise and limited light, which forced us to switch rooms. It was inconvenient during an otherwise pleasant trip.

beautifully restored monastery, stunning Spanish architecture, relaxing ambiance
The pool area is cramped, making it difficult to find comfortable lounging space!!! Plus, the lack of a fitness facility is quite disappointing, especially for a hotel of this caliber!!!
